Direct Work

Work Together

Books and frameworks can carry you a long way. Sometimes you want a guide for the harder questions.

Most of what I do happens one conversation at a time. Sometimes that’s a student trying to figure out what to actually pursue. Sometimes a professional in the middle of a transition. Sometimes a group of people in a room, working through how to think more clearly about their own lives and decisions.

The format changes. The work doesn’t.

01
Where I spend most of my time

One-on-One

I work with individuals — mostly students and early-career professionals, sometimes people further along — who are trying to get clearer on what they want and what to do about it.

The format is simple: regular conversations, real homework between them, and a structured way of thinking that you can keep using long after we're done. No bootcamp, no twelve-step program. Just careful attention applied to your specific life.

02
Speaking to groups

Talks

I occasionally speak to groups, most often students, on topics like clarifying career direction, study strategies that actually work, and building a life that holds together when the demands get heavy.

Talks work as standalone keynotes or paired with a workshop or extended Q&A. If you're organizing for a student group, university program, or professional cohort, I'd be glad to talk through what would land best with your audience.

03
Case-by-case engagements

Teams & Executives

A smaller part of what I do is working with executive teams and high-performing professional groups — usually around decision-making under pressure, sustained performance, or the personal–professional integration that lets people stay in demanding roles for the long haul.

These engagements are designed around the specific situation rather than pulled off a shelf.
